Sci-Fi Channel Renews Stargate SG-1 and Atlantis

It's always fulfilling when a fantastic show like Stargate SG-1 and Stargate Atlantis get all this attention. I'm glad someone at The Sci-Fi Channel is paying attention.
This will mark the 10th Season for SG-1 and 3rd for Atlantis. Season 10 will make SG-1 the longest-running sci-fi series in U.S. television history, beating out X-Files.

Awesome. I thought the last season of SG-1 might be crap, with the loss of all the major characters, but fortunately it turned out to be pretty good (I guess because it didn't really lose many of the major characters). I still don't like how it seems everyone's trying to fade out of the show. I really think I wouldn't bother watching anymore if they replaced everyone with new people.

Still, it's remained good so far, so I guess I shouldn't complain about things that haven't happened yet :_
