I remember when I was younger, Saturday nights were for SNL. From the opening sketch, to G.E. Smith and the SNL Band, I loved it! I have since strayed from watching SNL, as I believe the quality of the sketches have degraded to a point where they just insult intelligence.
If you are like me, then this "time line" of sorts will make you laugh.

Lorne Michaels wasn't around from about 1980-85, so you should change one of your quotes to "They should BRING BACK Lorne Michaels!"
